Before launching the company, Jerry spent over a decade on Wall Street, working with real estate private equity and hedge funds. Throughout his career, he was directly involved in more than $10 billion in real estate transactions, spanning global portfolios and complex investment strategies.

Jerry holds a dual degree from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where he studied Computational and Mathematical Finance (Applied Mathematics in Finance) and Business Analytics (Applied Statistics). His academic background gave him a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making—an edge he carried into institutional real estate and now applies to client portfolios at Baker 1031 Investments.
